Laborer

Our company is growing and we’re currently seeking Laborer(s) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in construction and land development, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills while maintaining a long-term position to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Dependable and reliable transportation to/from jobs.

• Ability to handle a demanding workload with a studious work ethic.

• Operate and maintain various types of equipment.

• Successfully pass pre-employment & random drug screening, criminal background check and reference verification.

• Dependable, efficient and the ability to work independently and respectfully with our team.

• Able to work around loud noises and can tolerate being exposed to dust, odors, gasses, etc.

• Desire to grow within the company and become a member of our family.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in excavation and site-preparation tasks for construction projects.

• Physically able to lift heavy objects and work in diverse weather conditions.

• Maintain equipment in proper operating condition by performing simple preventive maintenance tasks and/or making minor repairs as required;

• Safely and efficiently operate / be willing to operate equipment if needed.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Experience in a commercial or construction setting is preferred.

• Heavy Equipment operation is not mandatory, but preferred.

• Ability to handle a demanding workload while maintaining a high level of safety standards;
